What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Swoobz pre-launch waitlist at staging.swoobz.com and swoobz.com. They cover everything you can do on the site today: sign up, refer friends, complete tasks, and request a VIP transfer.

They do not cover real-money gambling. The gambling platform launches in June 2026 and will have its own full terms of service, which you will need to agree to before you place a bet.

Who can join the waitlist

You must be 18 years old or older to join the waitlist.

You must be a resident of a country where online gambling is permitted under local law. We reject signups from countries where we do not yet hold a licence to operate.

You must give a valid email address that you own and can read. We reserve the right to refuse signups from disposable, throwaway, or temporary email providers (for example, services that issue short-lived inboxes). Use a permanent personal email address you check regularly so that you can complete email verification and receive launch communications.

Each person may hold one waitlist account. Multiple accounts created by the same person will be merged or removed.

What we offer at the waitlist stage

A reserved spot for the platform launch in June 2026.

A founder XP track with tasks that earn XP. Complete tasks to climb the leaderboard and unlock launch-day rewards.

Referral codes you can share. We credit you with XP and launch rewards when verified friends sign up using your code.

A VIP transfer pathway for existing VIPs at other operators, subject to verification.

No funds collected, no gambling, no token

We do not accept payments on the waitlist. There is no way to deposit money on this site today.

We do not offer real-money gambling on this site today.

We do not sell the $SWOOBZ token through the waitlist. Any communication that asks you to send money or crypto to claim a Swoobz spot is fraud. Report it to security@swoobz.com.

Founder rewards, XP, and the leaderboard

XP balances and leaderboard positions are provisional and subject to verification before launch.

We reserve the right to adjust XP balances if we detect bot signups, duplicate accounts, referral abuse, or any attempt to manipulate the rewards system.

Founder rewards (free bets, multipliers, prize pool entry) become claimable at launch and are subject to the terms of service of the live platform. We will publish those terms before launch.

The $10,000 USDC prize pool is awarded to top leaderboard finishers when mainnet opens. The exact payout schedule, eligibility checks, and tax-reporting requirements will be published before launch.

The "$100K+ in Founder Rewards" headline on the landing page refers to the aggregate value reserved across the founder cohort, not a per-founder guarantee. The defensible cohort-wide floor is calculated from the cash-equivalent rewards in the founder track ladder multiplied by the 10,000 founder slots: (i) the $10 Pre-Loaded Balance (unlocked at 6,000 XP, playable at launch with no deposit required) reserves $100,000 cohort-wide, and (ii) the $10,000 USDC top-leaderboard pool is awarded outright. The sum of (i) + (ii) is $110,000 floor. Additional cash-equivalent rewards in the ladder (the $50 Risk-Free Bet at 2,000 XP, the Risk-Free First Bet at 5,000 XP, the deposit-match boosters at 2,000 / 5,500 / 8,000 XP, the free spin pack at 6,500 XP, and the 7-day rakeback boost at 8,500 XP) increase the reserved value further when claimed, but their realisation depends on user deposit and play activity and is not summed into the $100K+ floor. Individual rewards unlock by XP milestone on the founder track. A founder who does not reach a milestone does not receive the reward tied to it. Unclaimed allocation does not roll over.

Fair play and prohibited behaviour

Do not use bots, scripts, or automation to create accounts or complete tasks.

Do not create multiple accounts to inflate referral counts or XP.

Do not impersonate Swoobz staff or operators.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Swoobz system. Vulnerability disclosure is welcome. See /.well-known/security.txt.

We may remove accounts that violate these rules and forfeit any XP, rewards, or prize-pool eligibility associated with them.

Your data

How we collect, store, and use your personal information is covered in our privacy notice at /privacy. By joining the waitlist you confirm you have read that notice.

Service availability and changes

The waitlist site is provided as-is during the pre-launch period. We may take it down for maintenance, change features, or update the rewards mechanics with notice.

We may end or pause the waitlist if circumstances require. If we do, we will email everyone on the waitlist to explain.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swoobz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the waitlist site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belize, where the Swoobz operating company is incorporated.

If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer-protection laws of your country.

Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, we change the date at the top and post a short summary of the changes here.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you before it takes effect.
